Neighborhoods Preparing Together

Organize your community, neighbors, school, church, or organization to be more ready and resilient in disaster. A Ready & Resilient Neighborhood is any group that wants to work toward preparing for a possible disaster and taking action following a large-scale emergency. The effort can be as casual, or as formal, as group members determine. The Office of Emergency Management can help your group get started and offer guidance for your efforts along the way. Ready & Resilient groups may be included in local training and exercises if interested.
